Camp is over for 2025. In 2026 VYF is going on tour and there will likely not be a camp in August of 2026. Check back later to see about camp in 2027.
We have left the 2025 info here so you can get an idea what camp is all about.
Northwest Fiddle Camp Terms & Conditions
General Guidelines
At Northwest Fiddle Camp, our top priority is creating a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone. To help ensure this, we reserve the right to ask any camper, participant, or family to leave if their behavior puts the safety or well-being of others—or camp property—at risk. Please note that in such cases, refunds cannot be given, and any damages may result in additional charges.
Visitors
To help keep everyone safe, we ask that friends and family who are not registered campers do not visit the grounds unless they have received special permission from Valley Youth Fiddlers. Thank you for understanding!
Safety & Liability
We do our best to provide a safe camp experience, but we cannot take responsibility for accidents or illnesses. We strongly recommend that all campers have adequate health insurance coverage.
Respect for Camp Property
Please enjoy the spaces designated for our use—but remember that buildings and areas outside of our rental agreement are off-limits. Thanks for helping us be good guests!
Personal Belongings
We’re not able to take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items. A lost-and-found will be available at the merchandise/info table if anything goes missing.

- Children are the responsibility of the parent or guardian at all times.
- A parent/guardian may attend all camp events and workshops to support children under their care as observers. Instructors may invite your participation!
Volunteer Expectations
The Northwest Fiddle Camp is dependent on participants committing a few hours of your camp time doing some volunteer activities. It helps to keep costs manageable, but almost more importantly, we feel that the time spent doing some work along side your fellow Fiddle Campers helps to bring people together and creates a more positive experience for all.
Swimming
- No lifeguard provided.
- Parental supervision required.
Smoking
- No smoking or vaping.
Alcohol
- We ask that you please respect Rock Nest’s zero alcohol policy.
Cleaning
- Buildings and grounds must be left tidy and clean, leave everything as you found it.
Animals
- No pets. We know you love them… but even cute pets are not allowed at camp. There are several local kennels. Trained service dogs are of course exempt.
By registering for Northwest Fiddle Camp, you agree to discharge Northwest Fiddle Camp, Valley Youth Fiddlers, its staff, and volunteers from any claims for damages or personal injury which may result from you or your family’s participation in the Northwest Fiddle Camp. You will be required to digitally sign a waiver when you register
